ENERGY SOLUTIONS

Know what you will generate, and what you are actually spending

Two problems, one data layer. For solar and wind plants, we forecast output so generation can be declared and dispatched with confidence. For factories, we measure consumption and power quality per circuit so a savings target has something real to act on.

Power Forecasting

Weather models, satellite data, and your own historical output feed a forecast of how much the plant will generate — across three horizons, because each one is used by a different decision.

Super short-term

The next 15 minutes, refreshed continuously and pushed straight into SCADA for dispatch and ramp control.

Short-term

The next 24 hours, hour by hour — the horizon that day-ahead declarations and imbalance exposure depend on.

Mid & long-term

The coming month and year, used for maintenance windows, contract planning, and revenue expectations.

Forecasts reach your SCADA over Modbus TCP/IP or IEC 104 at 15-minute intervals out to three hours, and export as reports for the day, week, month, and year.

Energy Management

For plants and factories alike: what is being consumed, where it is going, and whether the supply is clean enough to keep equipment healthy.

Consumption metering

Energy measured per machine, per line, and per utility rather than at the main incomer alone, so cost can be attributed instead of averaged.

Power quality

Voltage, power factor, harmonics, and unbalance monitored continuously — with sags and swells timestamped when they happen.

Capacitor compensation

Automatic reactive power compensation that lifts power factor above the threshold and removes the penalty at source.

Harmonic filtering

Distortion from drives and rectifiers filtered down, reducing transformer heating and the nuisance trips that come with it.

Equipment condition

Vibration and temperature on transformers, motors, and pumps, giving warning before a stoppage becomes a failure.

Why It Pays

Lower imbalance exposure

A declaration that matches actual output avoids the penalties that come from over- or under-delivering against it.

Cost attributed, not averaged

When consumption is measured per circuit, a reduction target can be assigned to someone who can actually influence it.

Fewer unplanned stops

Power quality problems and equipment drift show up as trends rather than as a failure on a Friday night.

Evidence for reporting

The same measurements answer energy-efficiency reporting and customer questions about consumption per unit produced.

How We Work

01

Assess the site

Plant capacity or connected load, existing meters and SCADA, and which of the two problems — forecasting or consumption — costs you more today.

02

Meter and connect

Meters and sensors fitted where the measurement is actually needed, connected through a gateway to the platform.

03

Baseline

A few weeks of real data before any target is set, so improvements are measured against something honest.

04

Forecast & optimise

Forecasting added once history supports it; savings measures tracked against the baseline rather than asserted.

Tell Us About Your Plant or Facility

Send us the capacity, the metering you already have, and what you need the data to prove. We will come back with a scope and what it costs to start.
